At MORE ∞ JOY, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Our exchange policy encourages thoughtful, intentional purchasing decisions, helping us minimize waste and emissions. By focusing on exchanges and store credit, we reduce unnecessary production, shipping, and returns that contribute to the fast fashion cycle.
Step 1
Check Eligibility
- We process all returns as exchanges or store credit. You can exchange for a different size, color, or product or receive store credit.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- To be eligible for exchange, the items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any signs of wear or pet hair. This policy is strictly enforced, especially during the holiday season. Rejected items will be returned to the sender.
Step 2
Prepare Your Package
- Carefully repackage your garments.
- Include the original packing slip in your package. If you don’t have the original slip, please add a note with your name, order number, and shipping address. Items sent without sender information cannot be processed.
- Include a note indicating whether you’d prefer store credit or an exchange. If exchanging, specify the new size, color, or item you’d like.
Step 3
Ship Your Package
- Create a shipping label: You can print a label online or write the shipping details yourself. Then drop it off at your local post office or put it in your mailbox. Ship your return to:
